I had decided to take a week off and read. I’m still reading. I got up at 5 today, to read. Atlas Shrugged. I wish I had read it earlier. At 13. It would have changed my life. It is changing my life now. I’ve been living in Midas Mulligan’s valley for years. But I hadn’t understood that I was. Now I do. And now I see. And I finally know who John Galt is.
And nothing else matters.

I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged
